THE JOB

This is a field-based Territory Sales Representative role for a true hunter. You'll be responsible for building a territory through in-person prospecting, relationship development, and new business acquisition within the multifamily housing industry. Success in this role comes from consistently being in the field, building trust with decision-makers, and maintaining a high level of activity. This is not a transactional sales environment - relationship-building, persistence, and follow-through are critical.


Responsibilities include:

  • Daily in-person prospecting within your assigned territory
  • Visiting apartment communities and meeting with property managers
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
  • Generating and managing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
  • Supporting customers through implementation and launch
  • Tracking activity, pipeline, and sales performance in CRM systems


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of outside sales, territory sales, business development, or field sales experience
  • Proven success in generating new business through prospecting and relationship-building
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Grit, resilience, and the ability to navigate longer sales cycles
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to spend the majority of the workweek in the field
  • Multifamily industry experience is not required.
  • MUST LIVE IN TAMPA, FLORIDA
