THE JOB:
Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to develop and manage a portfolio within the packaging, fine paper, and Jan/San sectors. This field-based role offers flexible regional coverage, encouraging reps to drive their own success with strong leadership support.
- Prospect and secure new business within packaging and paper sectors.
- Manage and grow an existing book of business.
- Attend bi-monthly office meetings and conduct client visits within a flexible territory.
- Operate independently while collaborating with leadership and peers.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST reside near Wasau, WA
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in packaging, Jan/San, or industrial product sales.
- Existing client network or transferable book of business preferred.
- Knowledge of packaging materials (corrugated, flexible) and/or fine paper is highly valued.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue goals independently.
