THE JOB
We are seeking a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, and supporting building automation systems across a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with on-site project support as needed.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara 4 (certification preferred)
- Experience working across multiple BAS platforms (e.g., Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech, Automated Logic, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and sequences of operation
- Familiarity with integration protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and/or LonWorks
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
- Niagara 4 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with networking, IP-based systems, or system architecture
- Familiarity with energy management or analytics platforms
- Experience in a client-facing or consulting role
- Experience developing system graphics and dashboards
THE BENEFITS
- Base salary: $85,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)
