THE JOB
Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of outside sales representatives in the Houston market supporting the HR Services division.
This is a true frontline field sales leadership position. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new-business revenue results through direct coaching, ride-alongs, field accountability, pipeline inspection, prospecting oversight, recruiting, and sales team development.
The environment is fast-paced, highly active, and metrics-driven. Leaders are expected to spend substantial time in the field alongside sales representatives, reinforcing execution standards, inspecting activity levels, strengthening pipeline quality, and helping sales professionals consistently win new business.
This is not an account management leadership role. The ideal candidate understands how to lead hunters in a high-velocity outside sales environment and can establish accountability while maintaining team engagement and buy-in.
