THE ROLE

The Region Manager will provide strong, inspiring leadership to 11 established branch locations generating approximately $50M in annual revenue across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.


This is a field-focused leadership role, with about 60% of time spent in the market. Responsibilities include coaching branch leaders, assessing financial and operational performance, strengthening relationships with customers and vendors, and driving sales growth and ROI.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing branch leaders
  • Overseeing forecasting, inventory management, and annual business planning
  • Identifying and executing strategic growth and expansion opportunities
  • Ensuring operational consistency and ethical leadership across the region


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in wholesale distribution
  • Proven experience managing P&L and multiple locations
  • Background in plumbing, HVAC, industrial, or building materials distribution
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership and vendor relationship management
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60%
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: ~$125,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to ~$125,000
  • Target Total Compensation: ~$250,000
  • Monthly Car Allowance ($840–$1,400 depending on structure)
