THE ROLE
The Region Manager will provide strong, inspiring leadership to 11 established branch locations generating approximately $50M in annual revenue across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
This is a field-focused leadership role, with about 60% of time spent in the market. Responsibilities include coaching branch leaders, assessing financial and operational performance, strengthening relationships with customers and vendors, and driving sales growth and ROI.
