THE ROLE

An exceptional career opportunity is available for a mechanically minded senior sales professional in New York City.

This regional sales role focuses on driving mechanical system specifications for large-scale construction initiatives. Responsibilities include close collaboration with facility planners, executives, engineers, and end users, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

The successful candidate will bring a proven history of building strong relationships across industries such as data centers, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, higher education, airports, healthcare, life sciences, and EV battery manufacturing.

Frequent client engagement is central to the position—hosting meals, attending industry events, and organizing social activities multiple times each week. The role blends in-person meetings with remote interactions.


THE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 7 years of experience in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management within a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated success cultivating relationships in sectors such as data centers, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, academia, airports, healthcare, life sciences, or EV battery production
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC
  • Outgoing, personable, and highly motivated to network and build connections
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be based in New York City


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Estimated total compensation: $156K–$234K
  • Base salary $150K–$215K DOE, plus uncapped biannual commissions/bonuses
