THE ROLE:

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically-inclined Territory Sales or Project Management professional based in the New York City area.


The role blends remote work with on-site responsibilities, focusing on specifying mechanical products for large-scale projects such as airports, data centers, semiconductor plants, and university facilities. Daily activities may range from presenting to executives in boardrooms, or working hands-on specifying work alongside Mechanical Engineers. You’ll collaborate closely with support teams to ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.


A key aspect of the position is building and sustaining relationships with mechanical engineers and other Owner stakeholders. The company encourages active client engagement through networking events including happy hours, events, sporting activities and more! There is minimal overnight travel to visit major accounts.


THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, general contracting, or MEP engineering preferred
  • Mechanically inclined working with piping, flow control systems and/or commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client-facing work and networking
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Must be based within 1 hour driving distance of New York City
