THE ROLE

An exceptional opportunity is available for a Territory Sales or Project Management professional with a mechanical background, based in the Northeast. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of building relationships within data centers, semiconductor companies, pharmaceutical firms, universities, airports, hospitals, life sciences facilities, and/or EV battery plants.

In this position, you'll be responsible for securing mechanical systems specifications for large-scale construction projects. This will involve close collaboration with facility planners, executives, and engineers, as well as cross-functional partnerships with internal teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Regular client engagement is a key part of the role, including hosting clients for meals, events, and social gatherings multiple times a week. Client interactions will be both local and remote, with overnight travel expected up to 50% of the time.


THE REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management in a client-facing role
  • Proven success in relationship building within data centers, semiconductor companies, pharmaceutical firms, universities, airports, hospitals, life sciences, and/or EV battery plants
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC
  • Outgoing, personable, and passionate about networking and cultivating professional relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be based in New York City

  • Total target earnings of $200k (base salary plus uncapped bi-annual commissions/bonuses)
