THE JOB

As an Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive, you'll be instrumental in generating new business and maintaining client relationships within your designated territory in the Seattle area. Your mornings will focus on prospecting and scheduling, while your afternoons will be spent in the field conducting a minimum of 15 client meetings per week. This role is dynamic and transaction-focused—perfect for someone energized by rapid deal cycles and relationship building. You’ll be thoroughly trained on a proven sales process, but long-term success is driven by energy and the ability to sell quickly.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated sales success, supported by a brag book or industry accolades
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • A motivated, persistent mindset with a proactive approach—backgrounds in industrial, merchant services, or small business sales are especially valuable
  • The confidence to overcome rejection and the perseverance to keep going


THE BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000
  • Car Allowance: $500/month plus a gas card
  • Commissions: Paid quarterly, with first-year total earnings projected around $100K, increasing to $150K+ by the second or third year
