THE JOB

We are seeking a highly driven Outside Sales Executive to join the growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our market footprint by leveraging a robust existing book of business, while also identifying and cultivating new opportunities. The ideal candidate is a confident sales professional with a strong background in transportation and logistics (LTL, FTL), who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and is motivated by high earnings potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand a book of business valued at $5M+ in annual revenue
  • Proactively prospect and close new accounts, specializing in LTL and FTL solutions
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and account updates via the company CRM
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and monthly sales meetings
  • Deliver accurate, timely sales reports to leadership


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • MUST have a current, transferable book of business
  • Prior experience in logistics/transportation sales; produce shipping experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B setting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a high level of personal accountability
  • Willing and able to commute or relocate to Scottsdale, AZ


THE BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000
  • OTE: $110,000 - $140,000
  • Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses
