THE JOB:

Thay are a seeking an experienced Senior Business Development professional to join the sales team. This is a hunter-style roles focused on driving new client acquisition, re-engaging past accounts, and expanding revenue streams across hospitality and adjacent industries. Successful hires will leverage their existing portable book of business and industry relationships to deliver immediate impact, while also contributing to the firm’s growth strategy. This is a high-autonomy, high-reward role in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where your performance directly influences your income and career path.


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years+ of recruiting experience
  • At least 40–50% of your existing book should be in hospitality or closely related sectors (restaurants, hotels, food & beverage, CPG, or real estate).
  • Direct-hire only (retained or contingency). No temp or contract staffing.
  • Verifiable billing history within the past 12 months, with clear breakdown of transferable revenue.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-accountability, remote-first environment.
  • Self-starters who thrive in fast-paced, low-bureaucracy settings. Candidates must bring an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and hunger to grow.
