THE JOB

As an Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business and maintaining client relationships within your assigned territory throughout Los Angeles. Your mornings will focus on prospecting and setting appointments, while your afternoons will shift to the field, where you’ll aim to conduct a minimum of 15 client meetings each week. This role is fast-paced and transactional—perfect for someone who excels at quickly closing deals and fostering strong client relationships. While you’ll receive thorough training, including a proven sales methodology, success in this position is heavily reliant on maintaining high energy and working efficiently through short sales cycles.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • A bachelor's degree (strongly preferred).
  • A proven history of success, supported by a brag book or industry awards.
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • A resilient, motivated personality with a hands-on approach; experience in industrial sales, merchant services, or small-business sales is particularly relevant.
  • The confidence to handle rejection and the tenacity to persevere.


THE BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
  • Car Allowance: $500/month, plus a gas card
  • Commissions: Paid quarterly, with first-year total earnings projected at $100K and increasing to $150K+ by the second or third year
