THE JOB:

As a hunter-minded small business Account Executive, you will be given extensive software, industry, and sales training to sell the company's comprehensive suite of risk and compliance software offerings.


Primary day-to-day responsibilities will involve selling to Director and C-Level stakeholders at small businesses (firms with 250 employees or less). You will contact prospects through consultative phone calls, messaging, and virtual demonstrations. As you progress deals, daily activity will be captured through Salesforce. Utilizing a consultative sales technique will be crucial in driving sales to exceed goals.


This job provides ludicrous career growth opportunities into high-level mid-market sales, enterprise sales, or even leadership roles.



THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year(s) of sales experience. Closing experience is required.
  • Outbound cold calling experience.
  • Ability to hit sales goals and KPIs.
  • CRM experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must live in the Portland, Oregon metro area open to a hybrid work environment (3 days in office)
