About the Role
We’re hiring a Mid-Market Regional Account Executive to join the U.S. sales team. This is a mid to senior-level individual contributor role responsible for driving net-new business and expanding the company's presence within the Mid-Market to small Enterprise space. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to closing — and will play a key role in building pipeline alongside our BDR and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong MarTech SaaS experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own Mid-Market West Coast territory, managing full-cycle SaaS sales from lead to close
- Drive $165K–$225K in new annual contract value (ACV) quota
- Generate ~25% of your own pipeline via self-sourcing and past relationships
- Collaborate with BDRs and marketing to supplement top-of-funnel efforts
- Run 4–8 high-quality demos per week with qualified prospects
- Navigate 90-day average sales cycles, focused on 3-year contracts (~$40K ARR)
- Travel occasionally to strategic accounts or events (minimal initially, increasing over time)
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years minimum of successful SaaS sales experience (ARR/subscription model)
- Strongly preferred: Background in marketing technology (Martech)
- Proven ability to self-source and close net-new business
- Prior experience selling to mid-market or small enterprise clients
- Comfortable running your own demos and managing multiple stakeholders

Location & Work Environment

Remote role, ideally based on the West Coast for time zone alignment with region
- Hybrid onboarding if based near Portland, OR — in-office expected during ramp-up phase
- Portland, OR preferable, CA or WA next priority
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $85,000–$105,000 with negotiability

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000–$205,000+ (50/50 split)
