THE COMPANY

Our client is a rapidly growing national provider of recurring facility services, supporting large commercial customers through long-term, high-value service agreements. The organization is known for its entrepreneurial culture, strong operational execution, and significant growth runway across multiple U.S. markets.


THE POSITION

This is a true hunter sales role focused exclusively on net-new business development. The Regional Sales Executive will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through close, across a multi-state territory anchored around a major metro hub. This role is ideal for a self-directed, high-performing salesperson who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has experience selling complex, recurring service contracts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive 100% net-new revenue within the assigned region
  • Own the full sales process: prospecting → discovery → close → handoff
  • Build pipeline through outbound activity (no SDR or inbound lead reliance)
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual meetings with decision-makers
  • Sell large, recurring service agreements


TERRITORY

Candidates must live within ~1 hour of one of the following hubs:

  • Philadelphia / DMV (DC–Baltimore–Virginia corridor)
  • Dallas–Fort Worth (preferred), Denver, or Detroit


COMPENSATION

  • Base: $110K–$120K
  • Commission: 3% uncapped
  • OTE: ~$220K+
  • Bonuses, spiffs, President’s Club
  • Travel expenses reimbursed
