THE JOB

Our client is hiring a Social Media Specialist to manage and execute social media strategy for multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who has made social media marketing their full-time profession and thrives in a creative, agency-style environment. This person will be responsible for content planning, creation, publishing, engagement, analytics, and reporting across major social platforms while partnering closely with clients, internal teams, and sales representatives.


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with client goals
  • Managing accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest
  • Creating content calendars along with original copy, graphics, videos, and GIFs tailored to each platform
  • Monitoring engagement and responding to comments, messages, and reviews on behalf of clients
  • Analyzing campaign performance and delivering monthly reporting with strategic insights and recommendations
  • Identifying trends, tools, and opportunities to improve engagement and campaign performance
  • Supporting new business initiatives through social audits, competitor research, and collaboration with sales teams
  • Building strong client relationships through communication, responsiveness, and consistent execution
  • Staying current on platform updates, industry trends, and social media best practices


THE QUALIFICATIONS

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of professional social media marketing or digital media management experience
  • Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific strategy, content creation, and audience engagement
  • Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools like Sprout Social
  • Strong writing, organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Experience analyzing social media metrics and turning data into actionable insights
  • Portfolio showcasing social media content, campaigns, or client work required
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and support client business goals
  • MUST be based in Phoenix, AZ



Nice to have:

  • Agency background
  • Paid social or Facebook Ads experience
  • Spanish language skills

  • Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 DOE
