THE JOB:

As a Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing a pipeline, conducting roof inspections, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will work autonomously, planning your territory with outreach, networking, and utilizing your own network to generate leads. This position offers a high level of independence, with weekly team check-ins to review progress and ensure quality control. This is an opportunity for a results-oriented individual who thrives on ownership and making a tangible impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and close sales in the commercial and residential roofing sector
  • Conduct roof inspections and calculate project costs
  • Collaborate with superintendents and team members to ensure project success
  • Manage projects from lead to completion with a focus on quality and client satisfaction


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST reside in Arizona
  • Strong communication, positivity, and ethical decision-making skills
  • Coachable and ambition to succeed
  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight


THE BENEFITS:

  • $60k base salary + 10% commission on profits
  • $90-100k OTE Year 1
  • Remote role but must reside in Phoenix Arizona area
