This is an outstanding sales opportunity for a seasoned territory manager with experience in data center construction projects.


THE ROLE

This territory sales role combines remote work with frequent site visits. The main responsibility is overseeing the integration of mechanical systems into large-scale construction projects, particularly major data center builds.

Duties range from delivering executive-level presentations to walking job sites with developers. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and support staff to meet evolving technical project requirements.

Success in this position relies on developing and maintaining strong relationships with mechanical engineers and key decision-makers. The company encourages frequent client interaction through networking events, business meals, sporting activities, and social gatherings multiple times each week.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management
  • Demonstrated success selling to owners, end users, and engineers for data center product specifications
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for client engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree required
