This is an excellent sales opportunity for an experienced territory manager with a background in data center construction projects.


THE ROLE

This territory sales position blends remote work with regular site visits. The primary focus is integrating mechanical systems into large-scale construction projects, particularly major data center builds.

Responsibilities include everything from delivering presentations to executive teams to walking job sites with developers. You’ll work closely with engineers and support staff to ensure evolving technical project needs are met.

Success in this role depends on building and maintaining strong relationships with mechanical engineers and key decision-makers. The company supports frequent client interaction through networking events, business meals, sporting activities, and social gatherings several times per week.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 7 years of experience in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management
  • Proven success selling to owners, end users, and engineers to specify products for data center projects
  • Deep knowledge of mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC
  • Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for client engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree required
