Headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona, the company is in a period of rebuilding, realignment, and outbound sales transformation. Historically successful through inbound demand and brand reputation, the company is now rolling out a structured outbound sales engine and scaling its sales team from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to get in early and make a meaningful impact on both revenue and culture.
The Role
We are seeking on-site Account Executives who thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial sales environments. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing deals with HR leaders, L&D executives, and senior decision-makers.
Reps will work closely with internal facilitators (functioning similarly to sales engineers) to align client pain points with modular leadership training and coaching solutions. Sales cycles average just over a month, and opportunities range from high-velocity wins to multi-touch enterprise engagements.

This is a fully on-site role based in Gilbert, AZ. Flex start/end times (e.g., 6:30–3:30, 8–5) are permitted, but in-office presence is required.
