The sales team is actively growing, adding motivated Outside Sales professionals to the team. The firm is poised to expand, which opens the doors for strong performers to advance internally.
THE JOB:
As a Bay Area Outside Sales professional, you will be trained to grow and develop business in Northern California (primarily throughout the San Francisco to San Jose corridor).
Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader, you will collaborate closely with construction teams, project managers, property managers, building owners, and other security professionals. You will have hands-on influence during the quoting, bidding, and proposal phase. On a day-to-day basis after training, you will have the ability to create your own schedule to meet your clients’ needs.
You will be given extensive hands-on product and in-the-field training to set you up for success. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a “hunter” mindset who can guide customers in identifying and implementing perimeter solutions for their properties.
