THE ROLE

As an Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and nurturing client relationships within your designated territory across the Greater Phoenix area. Mornings will be dedicated to prospecting and scheduling meetings, while afternoons will be spent in the field conducting at least 15 client visits each week. This is a high-energy, fast-paced position ideal for someone skilled in closing deals quickly and building lasting client connections. While thorough training and a proven sales framework are provided, personal drive and efficiency in managing short sales cycles are key to success.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
  • A strong track record of success, demonstrated through accolades or a brag book
  • A minimum of two years of B2B sales experience
  • A proactive, driven mindset with practical sales experience—backgrounds in industrial sales, merchant services, or small-business sales are highly applicable
  • The resilience to handle rejection and the determination to keep pushing forward


THE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
  • Car Allowance: $500 per month, plus a gas card
  • Commissions: Paid quarterly; first-year earnings projected at $100K, with potential to exceed $150K by year two or three
