They are now seeking a driven, customer-focused Regional Sales Representative to join their growing sales organization and expand market presence across Eastern Colorado and Western Kansas.


About the Role

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will manage and grow an established territory with a strong existing customer base. Your primary focus will be on expanding relationships and increasing revenue within current accounts, while also identifying and closing new business opportunities throughout your territory.

You’ll collaborate closely with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless support, from quoting and order processing to fulfillment and follow-up. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and significant earning potential for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, and retain an existing portfolio of accounts across Eastern Colorado and Western Nebraska.
  • Re-engage dormant or low-activity customers to restore relationships and drive new revenue.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Conduct regular in-person client visits to build rapport, understand needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and on-time order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports within CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on product lines, pricing strategies, and competitor trends.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in territory or account management, ideally within B2B or industrial supply sales.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals in a remote or field-based environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of “hunter” energy and long-term account management focus.
  • Must reside within the Denver metro area or broader Eastern Colorado / Western Kansas territory.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $90,000–$100,000+ (Base Salary $70,000–$75,000 + Uncapped Bonuses)
