THE ROLE:

This is an incredible opportunity for a mechanically inclined client-facing professional in the San Francisco area with a background in industrial territory sales or project management/engineering.


The role blends remote work with in-the-field responsibilities, focusing on specifying mechanical products for large-scale construction projects across airports, higher education facilities, hospitals, data centers, research institutions, EV infrastructure, and more.


Day-to-day you would present to executive teams and collaborate with mechanical engineers. You will have plenty of internal support as the project is completed.


A key aspect of the position is building and sustaining relationships with mechanical engineers and other Owner stakeholders. The company encourages active client engagement through networking events including happy hours, events, sporting activities and more! There will be minimal overnight travel.



THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years’ experience in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management.
  • Preferably working for a manufacturer or mechanical/plumbing/HVAC engineering firm
  • Experience working with/selling directly to construction Owner/End User-level decision makers
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for client interaction
  • Must reside in the San Francisco, CA area and be willing to travel throughout the region
