The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Sales Success Associate to support our Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams throughout the full customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, technology, and customer advocacy, and who wants exposure to advanced products used at the forefront of science and entertainment.

You’ll play a key role in qualifying opportunities, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers before and after the sale.


What You’ll Do


Sales Support

  • Assist sales managers throughout the pre-sales process
  • Prospect and track sales leads and opportunities
  • Generate quotes and enter orders using CRM tools
  • Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce
  • Monitor bid sites and industry forums for new leads
  • Prepare prospecting and pipeline reports
  • Serve as a front-line contact for inbound sales inquiries
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects and customers

Technical & Support Collaboration

  • Develop a working understanding of complex technical systems and solutions
  • Assist with system layouts and configuration testing
  • Monitor support cases for sales-related follow-ups
  • Support demo equipment, software licenses, and shared resources as needed

Customer Success & Advocacy

  • Maintain proactive communication with customers post-sale
  • Support customer onboarding and long-term success initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Analyze support data to improve customer experience and retention
  • Act as an advocate for both customer needs and company goals


What We’re Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or science-related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, confident communicator at all levels
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Self-motivated problem solver who works well independently and on a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, customer success, or technical support
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Familiarity with technical, design, or visualization software
  • Interest in advanced technology, engineering, or scientific applications
