THE JOB

This is an Outside B2B Territory Sales role responsible for growing a defined region through a balanced mix of new business development and expansion of existing accounts. You’ll own a territory plan, target key accounts, prospect new customers, and increase share-of-wallet through upselling and specification work. The role is highly activity-driven, involving cold calling, in-person visits, quoting, and closing, with strong inside sales support handling order execution.


The territory covers Louisiana. The role is fully remote, and extensive travel is required throughout the territory as needed.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and hunting new business
  • Experience managing a territory or book of business
  • Strong closing skills in a quote-driven environment
  • Ability to build relationships with industrial or manufacturing customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems a plus
  • High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Self-motivated, organized, and activity-driven


THE BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commissions
  • First-year OTE: $120,000K+
