THE JOB

The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small but critical service location in the New York Metro area. This individual will lead a team of technicians, manage equipment flow and inventory, and ensure a high level of service delivery to customers.


This is a hands-on leadership role where success is defined by operational excellence, team alignment, and the ability to maintain a highly organized, efficient branch. While there is some interaction with customers and support of revenue growth, this is not a pure sales role. Instead, the focus is on executing and maintaining a high-functioning operation that supports broader business growth.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Experience managing a small team in an operational environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience in operations, logistics, field service, distribution, or equipment-based businesses
  • Ability to handle customer issues and maintain high service standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in an on-site, hands-on role

Preferred:

  • Experience working with or managing technicians or skilled labor
  • Exposure to equipment rental, environmental services, or similar industries
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn and communicate product knowledge
  • Experience coordinating with sales teams or supporting customer relationships


THE BENEFITS

  • Total Compensation 135k - 170k
  • Base salary: $110,000 – $120,000+
