Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (US-based)
Compensation: $60,000 base + $30,000 variable = $90,000 OTE
Employment Type: Full-Time W2 with benefits

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for motivated SDRs who want to be early contributors to a company on the rise.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll focus exclusively on top-of-funnel outbound prospecting. You’ll be working highly scored, highly relevant leads within a receptive market segment. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational SDR experience who wants to grow quickly in a supportive, well-structured environment. This is not a hybrid AE/SDR role — no full-cycle responsibilities and no customer success duties. Your mission is simple: generate high-quality pipeline.
