THE COMPANY:

This expanding organization operates nationwide as a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of industrial products. They have built a loyal customer base by offering an extensive product line that supports both distributors and manufacturers working with a wide array of equipment types.


THE ROLE:

To further enhance their sales efforts, the company is seeking a Southwest Regional Sales Representative to manage the territories of California, Arizona, and Nevada.

The primary focus of this position is to grow regional sales by cultivating and expanding business relationships. The role involves a combination of inside and outside sales, with regular interactions with Buyers and Parts Managers, as well as in-person client visits throughout the assigned region.

This opportunity is well-suited for a territory sales professional with experience in selling to or collaborating with distributors and/or manufacturers.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of B2B territory sales experience.
  • Prior industrial sales experience is essential.
  • A solid mechanical aptitude is a must.
  • Experience working with or selling to distributors, manufacturers, or OEMs.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles, California area and willing to travel across California, Arizona, and Nevada.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and preferred salary/commission balance (higher base with lower commission or the reverse).
