THE COMPANY

This technology company partners with K–12 schools nationwide to modernize how they manage events, fundraise, and engage their communities. Their platform integrates online ticketing, digital event management, and zero-fee fundraising tools into a single system that schools rely on to run more efficiently and raise more money. Programs across athletics, fine arts, clubs, and booster organizations use the platform to reach families, simplify communication, and keep what they raise. Internally, the culture blends high performance with mission-driven purpose. Employees operate remotely nationwide, collaborate closely across time zones, and use structured playbooks, coaching, and technology to maintain consistency and excellence. Leadership is transparent, empathetic, and supportive, with many team members coming from athletics, education, or youth program leadership.

This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where high performers are rewarded, opportunities expand quickly, and every employee has a direct impact on student experiences across the country.

THE JOB

The Territory Manager leads growth within a defined region by partnering with high school programs to run digital fundraising campaigns. This is a high-volume, high-velocity role requiring exceptional organization, strong technical skills, and the ability to run efficient, engaging virtual presentations.

Daily responsibilities include emailing and texting coaches, conducting virtual meetings, organizing follow-up tasks, and guiding school programs through quick and simple fundraising launches. Most sales cycles are fast, so the ability to maintain a large, active pipeline is essential.

Although remote, the role requires residency in the assigned market. Some regions value more in-person visibility, while others operate almost entirely virtually. All regions require attending statewide athletic or coaches conventions several times per year.

Success in this role requires a balance of competitiveness, customer empathy, professionalism, and disciplined process management.

  • Able to maintain flexible hours, including some evenings
  • Strong communicator with polished virtual presence
  • Coachable and eager to learn a proven system
