THE JOB
This Regional Sales Director role leads a team of inside Account Executives responsible for expanding revenue within corporate legal departments across a multi-state region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on hiring, developing, and elevating sales talent. You will work closely with your team on daily execution—reviewing calls, refining messaging, strengthening deal strategy, and ensuring consistent application of the sales process. Success in this role requires strong command of pipeline rigor, forecasting accuracy, deal qualification, and sales fundamentals.
You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Services, Operations, and other internal teams to improve buyer experience, drive conversion, and support overall revenue growth. This leader plays a critical part in shaping team culture, establishing best practices, and accelerating performance across the region.
