THE JOB
We are seeking an Account Manager to take ownership of a high-volume portfolio of existing client accounts across the Denver metro area. This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on account management, client engagement, and revenue growth through consistent in-person interaction.
This individual will manage a book of business consisting primarily of apartment communities and property management groups. Success in this role is driven by activity, relationship building, and the ability to educate clients on processes while identifying opportunities to increase account performance.
This is not a traditional hunting role. Instead, this position is ideal for someone who thrives on managing relationships, maintaining a consistent territory, and driving incremental growth within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 150–500 client accounts
- Conduct approximately 50 in-person client visits per week (10 per day)
- Build strong relationships with property managers and on-site teams
- Educate clients on processes, compliance, and best practices
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Perform regular account reviews and property audits
- Track all activity and account updates within CRM systems
- Attend local industry events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal operations and dispatch teams
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 1+ years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience
- Experience in outside sales, route-based sales, or territory management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and daily activity
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Willingness to be in the field daily across the Denver metro area
Preferred:
- Experience selling into property management, multifamily, or related industries
- Background in route-based or service-driven sales environments (e.g., ADP, Cintas, Paychex, pest control, facilities services, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with upselling or expanding existing accounts

THE BENEFITS

On-Target Earnings: $75,000+ (with growth over time)
