THE JOB

The Account Manager – Enterprise (Minnesota) will own and grow a defined territory covering the Minneapolis / St. Paul region. This sales leader is tasked with driving direct enterprise revenue, even when deals are fulfilled through channel partners. The role focuses on building and executing territory plans, expanding relationships with Fortune 1000 clients, and positioning cutting-edge solutions in network visibility, performance assurance, and cybersecurity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quota.
  • Build territory plans and identify new enterprise targets.
  • Develop and maintain a 4x quota pipeline.
  • Prospect for new customers while expanding into existing accounts.
  • Engage and influence C-level executives and IT/data center leaders.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers for technical alignment and solution design.
  • Consistently call “high and wide” to build multi-level relationships.
  • Adhere to company sales processes and ethical guidelines.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will be a proven enterprise technology salesperson with deep knowledge of networking and cybersecurity solutions. Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in computer networking or service assurance.
  • At least 6+ years selling into IT/data centers and C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding quotas.
  • Established customer relationships and territory knowledge in Minnesota.
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to source, pursue, and close large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Clear, articulate communication style with executive presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
