THE ROLE
As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary objective will be to drive new business by identifying and winning opportunities with commercial clients. This is a true “hunter” role focused on B2B field prospecting, cold outreach, and establishing new relationships. The position requires consistent in-office presence along with frequent time in the field to build and manage a strong territory pipeline. You’ll be selling service-based solutions (not physical products), targeting industries such as construction, waste management, facilities services, and commercial building supply. With a sales cycle of 30–90 days, this opportunity is ideal for individuals with the determination and strategic approach needed to close long-term deals.
