THE JOB
As an Outside Sales Rep, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying and securing opportunities with commercial clients. This is a hunter role—you’ll be responsible for outside B2B prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building. The role requires daily in-person presence at the assigned office, with frequent field work to engage prospective clients and build your territory pipeline. Your primary focus will be selling services, not physical products, targeting industries such as construction, waste management, facility services, and commercial building materials. You’ll thrive on longer sales cycles (30-90 days) and enjoy the challenge of closing new accounts that will benefit from the company’s comprehensive landscape and maintenance offerings.
