THE ROLE
As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary mission will be to generate new business by identifying and securing opportunities with commercial clients. This is a true “hunter” position, centered on B2B field prospecting, cold outreach, and building fresh relationships. The role requires regular in-office presence along with frequent time in the field to develop and manage a robust territory pipeline. You’ll be selling service-based solutions (not physical products), targeting industries such as construction, waste management, facilities services, and commercial building supply. With a sales cycle of 30–90 days, this position is best suited for individuals who have the persistence and strategic mindset to close long-term deals.
