THE ROLE

As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary objective will be to drive new business by identifying and winning opportunities with commercial clients. This is a true “hunter” role focused on B2B field prospecting, cold outreach, and establishing new relationships. The position requires consistent in-office presence along with frequent time in the field to build and manage a strong territory pipeline. You’ll be selling service-based solutions (not physical products), targeting industries such as construction, waste management, facilities services, and commercial building supply. With a sales cycle of 30–90 days, this opportunity is ideal for individuals with the determination and strategic approach needed to close long-term deals.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outside B2B sales (B2C, inside sales, and account management not applicable).
  • Proven success in cold calling and high-volume prospecting.
  • Must live within 30–45 minutes of the office (daily onsite presence required).
  • Strong record of job stability and performance.
  • Preference for candidates with experience selling services rather than products.
  • Background in industries such as construction, facilities services, or waste management is a plus.
  • Suitable titles include Outside Sales Representative or Territory Manager.
  • Familiarity with 30–90 day sales cycles is highly preferred.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base salary of $70,000, with expected first-year OTE of $95,000 and $120,000 in year two.
