THE ROLE
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will concentrate on generating new business by identifying and securing opportunities with commercial customers. This is a true “hunter” position, with an emphasis on B2B field prospecting, cold outreach, and building lasting relationships. The role requires regular in-office presence and substantial time spent in the field to cultivate and manage a healthy sales pipeline. You’ll be selling service-based solutions—rather than physical products—to sectors such as construction, facilities services, waste management, and commercial building supply. With a 30–90 day sales cycle, this role is well suited for driven professionals who combine persistence with strategic thinking to close long-term deals.
