THE COMPANY:

We are partnering with a rapidly growing organization that supports multiple industries including construction, transportation, and agriculture. This company provides a full-service platform that helps businesses buy, sell, and finance heavy equipment. They are actively hiring Financial Sales Representatives to join a high-growth team focused on equipment financing.



THE JOB:

This is a full-cycle sales position where you will help customers navigate both equipment purchases and financing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to buyers and sellers, guiding them through the entire process—from initial outreach to closing financing deals. This role is ideal for individuals looking to break into or grow within financial sales, with strong earning potential and a clear path for advancement. Day to Day you will:


  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Make 50–100 outbound calls per day to generate new opportunities
  • Educate customers on financing options for equipment purchases
  • Help buyers evaluate purchasing decisions and payment structures
  • Partner with sellers to increase sales through financing solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the transaction
  • Close deals and drive revenue growth- after 3 months



THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in finance or a similar degree)
  • 1 year of prior professional sales experience strongly preferred
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • MUST reside in Arizona- In Office Requirements, Scottsdale AZ


BENEFITS:


  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Year 1: $80K–$100K
  • Top Performers: $125K–$180K
  • Uncapped commissions
