THE COMPANY:
Our client, a well-established leader in the out-of-home advertising space, is hiring a Transit Sales Specialist to support national and regional advertising efforts in the Arizona market. This is a hybrid field/internal sales role focused on proposal development, RFP support, and collaboration with national sales teams on high-visibility advertising campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the strategy and technical side of sales, works well cross-functionally, and wants exposure to large, recognizable brands.
THE JOB:
- Supporting National Account Executives rather than directly selling to agencies
- Managing and responding to RFPs from major agencies and brands
- Creating proposals, sales packages, and written rationales to support market inclusion
- Selling Arizona/Phoenix internally as part of national media buys
- Occasional involvement in client market tours, though most work is internal-facing
- Strong administrative and organizational component, balancing sales support with execution
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred (media/advertising a plus but not required)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple proposals at once
- Self-starter who can work independently without micromanagement
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn advertising products quickly
THE BENEFITS:

Base salary: $60,000

Commission: 1% on proposals
