The Opportunity
The firm is hiring senior-level, full-desk recruiters who are proven producers and bring a transferable book of business. This is a true 360 role combining business development, client ownership, recruiting execution, and deal closing.
You will operate nationally, filling management through executive-level roles across restaurants, hospitality, hotels, resorts, F&B, and adjacent verticals. Recruiters in this role run their desk like a business—backed by a proven platform, infrastructure, and brand.
High performers are fast-tracked into Associate Director → Director roles, with opportunities to lead teams, influence P&L, and operate as a player-coach. This is a remote-first position with full internal support and no geographic limitations.
