The Opportunity

The firm is hiring senior-level, full-desk recruiters who are proven producers and bring a transferable book of business. This is a true 360 role combining business development, client ownership, recruiting execution, and deal closing.

You will operate nationally, filling management through executive-level roles across restaurants, hospitality, hotels, resorts, F&B, and adjacent verticals. Recruiters in this role run their desk like a business—backed by a proven platform, infrastructure, and brand.


High performers are fast-tracked into Associate Director → Director roles, with opportunities to lead teams, influence P&L, and operate as a player-coach. This is a remote-first position with full internal support and no geographic limitations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Run a full recruitment desk: client acquisition, account management, recruiting execution, negotiation, and closing
  • Leverage and grow a transferable book of client relationships
  • Fill GM, KM, FOH, BOH, Multi-Unit, Corporate, Executive, and Hotel/Resort roles nationwide
  • Drive $300K–$1M+ in annual production with full internal support (ATS, sourcing tools, marketing, database)
  • Lead client intake calls, negotiate agreements, set search strategy, and manage long-term partnerships
  • Operate with high autonomy, urgency, and a results-driven mindset


Who This Is For

  • Proven full-desk recruiter with strong sales and recruiting capability
  • Brings a transferable book of business (typically 3–10+ active client relationships personally owned)
  • Background recruiting within restaurants, hospitality, hotels, resorts, F&B, CPG, or adjacent verticals
  • Demonstrated history of $300K–$800K+ annual direct-hire production
  • Confident closer with strong negotiation and client-facing skills
  • Motivated by uncapped earnings, autonomy, and leadership advancement


Senior-level candidates such as Managing Directors, Managing Partners, or player-coach producers are encouraged to apply.

This role is not suited for junior recruiters, internal recruiters, or candidates without direct revenue ownership.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50K–$100K+ (DOE; higher for proven producers with transferable books)
  • On-Target Earnings: $180K–$350K+ (Uncapped)
