THE JOB

As an Account Manager (AM), you will focus exclusively on expanding revenue within existing customer accounts. Main Responsibilities include uncovering growth opportunities, upselling higher tiers, and driving adoption of add-on solutions.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a book of ~$1.5M–$2.5M ARR
  • Building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers to uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Driving upsells, cross-sells, and package upgrades
  • Partnering with marketing on targeted call campaigns and webinar follow-ups.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly quotas
  • Leveraging Salesforce and other tools to track and grow your portfolio.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4+ years of B2B account management, upselling, or inside sales experience.
  • SaaS, CRM, or martech background strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, uncover client needs, and drive consultative growth conversations.
  • Salesforce experience highly preferred.
  • Coachable, relationship-driven, and resilient.
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume accounts with a growth-focused mindset.
  • MUST reside near or in Phoenix or Scottsdale AZ
