THE JOB

Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to revenue leadership. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and execution, helping transform fragmented workflows into scalable systems that drive predictable revenue growth.

This is not a reporting role; it is a builder role. You will design operating rhythms, uncover performance insights, and remove friction across the sales organization.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role within B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building or optimizing sales processes and workflows
  • Strong experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and sales cadence
  • Advanced Salesforce experience and familiarity with tools like Gong, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
