THE JOB
The Branch Manager will run all day-to-day operations of the San Antonio branch, overseeing people, financials, and service delivery. This role leads a small but expanding team and ensures the branch meets growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full P&L responsibility for the branch
- Leading sales, yard/field, and administrative staff
- Overseeing installations and ensuring quality service delivery
- Coaching, hiring, and developing team members
- Managing safety, compliance, and branch processes
- Building strong relationships with customers and local industry partners
- Driving market growth and overall branch performance
- This is an in-office, hands-on position with regular field visits
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 5+ years of management experience
- Background in equipment rental, modular buildings, industrial services, or construction-related industries
- Experience leading mixed teams (sales + operations)
- Exposure to P&L or branch financial oversight
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work onsite and visit customer job sites
Preferred:
- Experience growing a branch or territory
- Customer-facing experience in relationship-driven industries
- Ambitious leadership style with desire for career advancement
