The company is recognized for its integrity, service-oriented approach, and long-standing relationships within the public sector. This organization values patience, credibility, and doing things the right way—both in how they serve customers and how they operate internally.
THE JOB
Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Northwest Territory to develop and expand business across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. This role is centered on growing an underdeveloped territory through steady relationship-building, face-to-face engagement, and long-term project cultivation.
The Regional Sales Manager will spend significant time in the field meeting with stakeholders, conducting site visits, identifying project opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver designs, proposals, and complete solutions. Sales cycles are long and highly consultative, often involving multiple decision-makers and formal approval processes. Success in this role is driven by consistency, follow-through, and establishing oneself as a trusted resource in the community.
This is not a transactional sales position. It is a true territory-building role for someone who values autonomy, prioritizes relationships, and understands that impactful projects take time to come together.
