THE JOB:
Our team is growing, and we are hiring a Recruiter. In this role, you will engage sales professionals across the United States and connect them with local and national clients.
This role starts as a half-desk recruiting position. You will focus on building candidate relationships, learning our recruiting process, and developing credibility as a career advisor.
As you ramp, the role expands into full-desk recruiting. You will run searches, manage client relationships, and support the hiring process from first interview through offer.
