THE JOB

The Business Development Representative/AM plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the companies presence in the NorCal Region. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this remote-flexible position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, re-engaging with lost accounts, and fostering existing strategic customer relationships. This role demands a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on autonomy, excels at strategic outreach, and can bring creative lead-generation tactics to life. In addition to uncovering new revenue streams, the BDR will stay ahead of market trends and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of drive, professionalism, and industry knowledge. Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in outside B2B sales
  • Experience in the glass container, packaging, or wine industry is required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
  • Sales-focused mindset with a proactive, goal-driven approach
  • Strong customer service orientation with a “do what it takes” attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally work after hours or weekends
  • Professional and polished appearance when engaging with clients
  • Must reside in Napa/Sonoma County
