THE ROLE

Texas is a key growth market for SalesFirst, and we’re hiring a Recruiter to help expand our presence in Austin or Dallas.


You’ll start in a half-desk recruiting role, focused on sourcing, engaging, and advising sales professionals. As you ramp, the role expands into full-desk recruiting, where you’ll run searches, manage client relationships, and own the hiring process from first interview through offer.


This is a structured, feedback-driven, and performance-oriented environment with clear expectations and room to grow.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit and engage sales talent
  • Build long-term candidate and client relationships
  • Execute SalesFirst’s recruiting process end to end
  • Develop market expertise in sales hiring trends and compensation
  • Manage searches from intake through offer


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of B2B sales or recruiting experience preferred
  • Organized, coachable, and competitive
  • Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in Dallas, TX, or Austin, TX (or surrounding area)


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Year 1 OTE: $55K–$90K ($50K base + uncapped commissions/bonuses)
  • Year 2 OTE: $90K–$130K+
  • Year 3 OTE: $125K–$150K+
  • Salary increases and higher commission as you progress
