THE COMPANY
Our client is an established marketing, communications, and design organization launching a specialized enrollment growth division for schools. The team helps charter, private, and independent schools improve how they are found, understood, and chosen by families. Their offering combines strategy, messaging, photography, video, landing pages, websites, bilingual campaigns, enrollment advertising, reporting, and ongoing support into a done-for-you enrollment growth system. The company is small, experienced, highly collaborative, and built around long-term client relationships.
THE JOB
This is a new business development role focused on signing new school partners. You will introduce school leaders to a complete enrollment growth system, build relationships across the education community, and guide prospective clients through discovery, presentation, proposal, and close. The right person will be comfortable creating opportunity through outbound calls, school visits, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, conferences, and consistent follow-up.
You will also help shape the sales engine. As one of the first business development hires, you will provide feedback on sales materials, improve outreach and follow-up processes, help refine CRM workflows, and contribute to the long-term growth strategy.
