THE JOB

The Business Development Representative will play a critical role in driving new business by generating and qualifying sales opportunities. This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role responsible for building pipeline and setting meetings for the Account Executive team. This position is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is competitive, motivated, and eager to grow into a closing role. The organization provides structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to promotion into an Account Executive position.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and outreach)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations
  • Identify customer needs and align them with the company’s solutions
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and performance targets
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product, market, and customer use cases


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
