THE JOB
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business through a high-volume, outbound-focused sales motion. This is a true hunter role, where success is driven by activity, persistence, and the ability to generate and close opportunities across a defined set of target accounts.
This position operates in a mid-market, transactional sales environment with a focus on selling into construction stakeholders. The role requires managing a large pipeline of opportunities, consistently prospecting, and expanding relationships within existing accounts on a per-project basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, outreach)
- Manage a high volume of active opportunities (100+ at a time)
- Conduct discovery and present tailored solutions to prospects
- Build and expand relationships within key accounts across multiple projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (required)
- 1+ years of closing experience
- Proven success in outbound, high-activity sales environments
- Experience managing a large pipeline and multitasking across deals
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated resilience and competitive drive
- Experience in SaaS, construction technology, telecom, security, or similar industries preferred
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in the Atlanta area
THE BENEFITS
- Base salary: $73,000
- On-target earnings: $100,000+ in year one, $150,000 in year two
