THE JOB

As a Senior Account Executive in the Exhibits Division, you'll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from high-volume inbound leads to deal close and beyond. You’ll identify net new opportunities, manage accounts, and expand your book of business while collaborating closely with creative and support teams.

This role is remote with minimal travel and backed by strong internal resources. It’s an ideal fit for exhibit sales professionals who thrive on consultative selling and want a clear path to high earnings and leadership.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business from a steady stream of inbound leads + outbound prospecting
  • Build and manage your pipeline using Salesforce
  • Close deals ranging from $20K to $500K+ (some over $1M)
  • Cross-sell into live event projects and retain commissions
  • Travel 1–2 times/year to major industry events


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in custom trade show exhibit sales
  • Strong track record of full-cycle sales ownership
  • Exceptional communicator, presenter, and relationship-builder
  • Entrepreneurial, high-energy, self-motivated
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM


THE BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $75K
  • First-Year OTE: $125K
  • Commission: 10% of all closed revenue
  • Top Performers: $350K–$475K+
