THE ROLE
This opportunity is ideal for a Texas-based professional with a strong background in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in building relationships with owner groups at data centers across the state.
The core responsibility involves specifying mechanical solutions for integration into large-scale construction developments. Success in this role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, internal departments, and facility planning stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
The company actively supports relationship-building through regular social engagements, including happy hours, dinners, and sporting events. Client interaction will occur both virtually and in person, with about 30% of travel involving overnight stays.
