THE JOB

As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the company mission forward by building and managing strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning customer needs with the company’s cutting-edge IT and office technology solutions.


This hybrid role combines in-person client interactions with remote flexibility, offering the opportunity to excel in strategic account management, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be empowered to act as a trusted advisor for clients while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address real business challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor client activity, feedback, and satisfaction to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client relationships and long-term engagement.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • MUST reside in Erie, Connellsville, or Greater Cleveland, or Greater Pittsburgh.
  • Experience in IT services sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Self-motivated & results-driven with the ability to work independently.
