Our client is a Fortune-100 leader in compliance software, providing an integrated risk management platform to HR and Legal departments worldwide. They are seeking to hire a strategic Senior Account Executive to join their team in Charlotte, NC.


THE JOB:

As an experienced Account Executive, you will drive mid-market sales growth.


Day-to-day your role will involve inside activity (phone/email/virtual), identifying opportunities, and delivering solution-focused online presentations to close deals. Using a consultative (Challenger) sales approach, you'll leverage Salesforce CRM to manage your sales pipeline. There will be extensive initial and ongoing sales and product training to set you up for success.


You will have the ability to achieve income and career growth into higher-level sales roles or leadership positions, depending on your goals!

 

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of B2B inside sales experience. Software sales experience targeting mid-large firms strongly preferred
  • Experience selling to HR, Legal, and/or Compliance departments preferred
  • Hunter mentality comfortable sourcing and closing deals (with plenty of lead support!)
  • Articulate, detailed communicator
  • MUST live in the greater Charlotte, NC area able to work in the office 2-3 days/week
