About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a territory covering the Southeast U.S., working closely with 12–15 manufacturer rep groups.
- Travel frequently (50–80%) for in-person meetings with reps and customers—both regional driving and air travel.
- Manage sales cycles ranging from a few months to over a year, especially in engineered solution segments.
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels, from frontline technical staff to executive decision-makers.
- Partner with internal technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3–8 years of B2B or technical sales experience.
- Backgrounds in electrical systems, HVAC, industrial manufacturing, or infrastructure equipment sales are a strong plus.
- Experience working through reps, distributors, or multi-channel sales environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and long sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing a flexible travel schedule.
