THE JOB

The Multimedia Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating new advertising revenue by selling integrated digital marketing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

This role is highly consultative and involves identifying business challenges, presenting customized marketing strategies, and closing recurring advertising agreements.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new clients through outbound calls, meetings, and networking
  • Conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations
  • Selling digital advertising services including SEO, PPC, programmatic advertising, streaming TV, and social media marketing
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying long-term marketing opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal digital specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Consistently achieving revenue and activity targets


This is an in-office role located in Phoenix, Arizona.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in sales and a passion for helping businesses grow through marketing solutions.


Preferred qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital, radio, cable, print, or media advertising sales
  • Proven success generating new business through prospecting and cold outreach
  • Experience selling marketing or advertising solutions
  • Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed revenue goals
  • Experience working in fast-paced sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing concepts
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in office

  • First-year earnings typically $75,000 – $95,000+
